Our latest project is linked to the training of new professionals. The creation of the School of Wine Tasting, Wine Combination and Sensorial Analysis in Alicante, in a collaboration effort with the city’s university, begins to give fruit.

In less than a year, over 100 alumni have passed through our classes. Many of them have chosen our star course, University Expert in Wine Protocol and Management.

The School of Wine Tasting, Wine Combination and Sensorial Analysis in Alicante, also includes as one of its aims, trying to bring the world of wine to the general public, so that they can enjoy it, realising guided wine tasting in its installations without being an expert.
