During the 90’s, with the liberalisation of the import markets, and the concentration of the large supermarket chains (Mercadona, Consum, Enaco, IFA or Euromadi), we decided to direct our attention towards the middle-high catering businesses, offering exclusively quality products adequate to their needs (Iberian ham, delicatessen...), we also introduced ourselves in the wine market, without forgetting company gifts and Christmas lots.

Towards the end of the decade, we consolidated our bid by being faithful to our commercial philosophy, resumed in the following maxim: The quality of the product is an obligation, and the refinement of the service is a constant worry.

In 2002 we made another strong bid. This time for the procuring of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. This norm regulates the activities of storage, and distribution, as web as the commercialisation of drinks and non-frozen alimentary products.

Actually, in Bardisa & Cía, we still believe that each client is unique, and we maintain our vocation of a direct and familiar treatment, but always taking into account the technological aspects, hygiene, from quality control and the specialisation in the distribution of top brand alimentary products.
