Bardisa & Cía, S.L. opens its doors during the post-war period, in October 1945, to sell products of first necessity. During this time, the Fish Market, was next to the Central Market and many colonial and small groceries established themselves in the area.

Specialisation began during the economic growth of the 60’s. Imported Cheese was one of the first gourmet type products that we offered our clients.

Our other star products was the cake used in the making of the “gazpacho manchego”, “El Pastor de La Mancha”, of which we commercialise over 1 million units per year.
